- On-Going Charity Support ! -
The Brothers of Marion McDaniel Lodge have committed to supporting "The Giving Tree" on both an ad hoc individual basis and as a group charitable activity event. Brother Dave McDonald is the Lodge point of contact, cell# 271-2353.
Brothers may volunteer a few hours of their time at "The Giving Tree" store, near 22nd and Columbus, any Saturday afternoon from 1 p.m., where they will be put to work accepting donations of goods from the public and sorting the donations as to type.
Brothers may also volunteer time at "The Lot", the Giving Tree outlet food and clothing distribution center for the needy. Distribution times are in the afternoon, Thursdays and Sundays.
Brothers are encouraged to contact Dave McDonald (cell# 271-2353) to coordinate their participation. Watch the Lodge Events Schedule for the upcoming group volunteer day!
