Oro Grande Elementary fourth grader, Enos Bacon, is congratulated by Havasu Masonic Lodge No. 64 Master, John Sleppy and presented with a new bike and helmet for his reading accomplishment.

Separately, fourth grader, Alyssa Sprague, won a girl’s bike.
The Havasu Masonic bodies, Lodge No. 64, OES No. 61 and the Havasu Shrine Club, sponsored Bikes for Books at each local elementary school. Students were encouraged to read as many books as possible in order to be entered to win a new bike.

Winner Alyssa Sprague, when asked, said she "read a whole bunch of books."
