We will have dinner at 6 PM at the Lodge prior to the meeting, prepared by the Masons from Huachuca Lodge 53, there will no charge for this meal. We will serve Cake and Coffee following the meeting. Please let me know if you will be there for the dinner.

I have made reservations at the Gateway Suites next door for the Worthy Grand Matron and the Worthy Grand Patron. I have also reserved a block of 10 rooms at the same facility. Anyone who wishes to stay at this hotel may call the hotel direct 520-458-5555 for their personal reservations. The cost for the hotel is $85.00 plus tax per night. Any of the 10 rooms that have not been reserved and secured with a credit card will be released on February 19, 2012. The code to use when making reservations at the Gateway Studio Suites is "ESTAR".
